About Hong Kong:
+ Show Spoiler +

Hong Kong is a unique meeting place for East and West, blending Chinese heritage, British colonial influences, high-tech modernity and Cantonese gusto. Chinese and English are the official languages. English is widely used in the Government and by the legal, professional and business sectors. Hong Kong has among the highest population density in the world. Moreover, Hong Kong has become a world-class financial, trading and business center. Skyscrapers and temples, shopping malls and traditional markets sit side by side. However, amid the urban hustle there are quiet parks and green spaces, beaches and mountain-top views. The city has one of the best, if not the best, skyline of any city and it is alive 24/7. Visas are not normally needed prior to departure for most nationals making Hong Kong one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Hong Kong, Asia’s World City!

Strange that a tournament in Hong Kong wouldn't have dota, It's huge in China. Nice to see China stepping it up for Sc2 events though, people often forget China is a big part of the scene.

Although Chinese teams still maintain a high level of performance in Dota, the biggest esports game is not longer Dota 2. The most popular one is now LoL rather than Dota 2.
BYW, the most popular online game is also LoL in China, just like South Korea.

Interesting and large prize pool. Whats interesting is that there seems to be no sponsors? I hope everyone gets paid out and all players that qualify get accommodated. China does have like a secret starcraft 2 scene would be cool to see it grow.
