It's on Twitch so they are available immediately, but afterwards they do cut it up in pieces (each match) so I think there's a period of time when the VODs might not be available (at least this happened to me once, I assumed it was during the time they were editing it)

They are available here, either under 'Past Broadcasts' or 'Highlights' (or both I guess), depending on when you look.

That depends mostly on TLO ZvT rating, his TvT is much higher than the other terrans.
