Computer keeps rebooting

I opened up my computer to remove some dust this morning. It worked for a few hours no problem, then flash crashed (as it does), so I decided to reboot, got some error msg about hardware change and now the computer keeps rebooting after a few seconds everytime without displaying anything on screen.

I checked the wires in case I might have unplugged something but I have not found anything. Any ideas on what I can try?

I found this build that you posted in April 2011. If it's the build just if you could add the link to the op that would be awesome, if not I can look again

If it isn't the wires, maybe the memsticks or the graphics card aren't "clicked in" correctly?

I used a tissue to wipe the dust off the outside of the case and the case fans.

They've been working fine for a year and a half though and I didn't touched them when I dusted a bit, maybe I'll try removing them and plugging them back in.
