Tt eSPORTS and “Tastosis” Reach Partnership Agreement
November 14, 2012 – Taipei, Taiwan – Tt eSPORTS and eSports Management Group announced today the formal sponsorship and endorsement of the two celebrity Starcraft II and E-Sports commentators Nick “Tasteless” Plott and Dan “Artosis” Stemkoski. The two have paired up over the past 3 years to provide the highest quality E-Sports commentary and entertainment to millions of viewers world-wide.
The endorsement provides Tt eSPORTS the opportunity to co-operate with “Tastosis” as we bring product development to a completely higher echelon in the year 2013. Tasteless and Artosis will be featured in licensed products designed with their knowledge and input to offer an unparalleled experience to gamers and fans all over the world. Their design ideas and technical specification requirements will be seamlessly implemented into a range of Tt eSPORTS products that will span over mice, keyboards and headsets.
Tt eSPORTS’ Global Esports Community Manager Eric Brinkley commented on the agreement: “Being first and foremost a huge fan of Tastosis through my time as a viewer of their widely popular GSL Code-S entertainment experience, I am thrilled at the prospect of working with Nick and Dan to further our product development and encourage the growth of E-Sports world-wide. It will be my distinct pleasure to accommodate them in providing countless hours of joy and entertainment to millions of people around the globe. There is good reason why they are 2 of the most influential and essential people in the E-Sports scene and I hope with our partnership, both brands in Tt eSPORTS and Tastosis continue to grow and prosper.”
“I am super excited to be working with Tt eSPORTS to develop products suitable for both competitive and casual use,” said Artosis, “and I hope that this partnership will become a huge connection between a premier gaming peripherals brand and players, fans and personalities as we all work together to bring more growth and prosperity into the E-Sports scene.”
Tasteless, familiar with Tt eSPORTS’ other brand beacons such as Aleksey “White-Ra” Krupnyk and Jung Hoon “MarineKing” Lee, also remarked on the partnership: “I have been friends with White-Ra for many years, and I have been following his progress with Tt eSPORTS since the announcement of his sponsorship in 2011. I am extremely happy that Artosis and I will be able to join up with Aleksey and players from the PRIME team like MarineKing to develop E-Sports products and provide more entertaining content to our fans.”
Tasteless and Artosis will be attending the IGN Pro League 5 (IPL5) event in Las Vegas at the end of November where they will be commentating at the Global Starcraft League Code-S finals that will be hosted at the venue. They will join PRIME players MarineKing, Byun and Creator in connecting with Starcraft II and E-Sports fans and enthusiasts under the Tt eSPORTS brand.
Congratulations to Tt and Tastosis, a very interesting partnership indeed!

This was the most interesting part for me. Byun and Creator qualified for non paid flights to IPL 5. This sounds like tte will be paying for their flights now and also sounds like MKP going to IPL 5 over WCG! Well I hope at least. Going to hope MKP beats ryung to guarantee he will go to IPL 5 cause of GSL just in case.

So as far as I can tell, Tastosis will help them design peripherals in return for sponsorship. If there's more to it, I'd be interested to hear it.

And thus probably also promote their gear for said sponsorship.

No. The marketing will be that it is "designed to their specifications", because they'd like you to believe it is, but reality will be that they'll be shown the product before release and that's about it. Do you think Fatal1ty helped design all of his motherboards?

Artosis seems pretty motivated to do it, or he's just doing good PR, dunno

I just hope he doesn't go to plugging like crazy again back with EG then.

A Tasteless mouse to help me browse porn more efficiently? He has lots of time to think about it with it blocked in Korea!
