is it a single elimination in the EPS final for sure?
It's a bid sad that one of the possibly best 2 players get knocked out first round in the first match.

DarKFoRcE < HasuObs
This could very well be the finals. I am really looking forward to this match.
HasuObs PvP and PvT is looking very good recently but his PvZ seems to be quite the opposite. I still think he will take it if he prepares some nice builds. DarKFoRcE the highest ranked player from the qualifiers has a very good chance to advance though. If he has a good day he could beat all of the attending players.
Additional prediction: the winner of this seris will take the tournament.

Socke < DBS
Socke's play is not looking as good as usual. Loosing to Strelok at IEM Cologne and to the french terran Dayshi in the IEM Guangzhou/European Qualifier in his best match up doesn't get my hopes up. Socke is a tournament player though. It wouldn't be the first time that he pleasantly surprises with a great performance at a LAN.
This might be the last big event for DBS in his year off. Hence i think he will be extra motivated to do well.

GoOdy > ClouD
easy pick. GoOdy beating Select at MLG and looking very good in TvT in general.
As far as i know Goody never lost a single series to cloud beating him 14:0 in series.

Hanfy < Delphi
Even so Hanfy's ZvZ is by far his best match up i think Delphi will take the series. He is overall the more experienced player.

Semi Final (1): GoOdy > Delphi
Semi Final (2): HasuObs > DBS

for 3rd place: DBS > Delphi
Finale: HasuObs > GoOdy

I think DBS qualified for IPL5 as well.

Holy shit, how could they fuck the schedule up AGAIN? Why the fuck do they have to mix CS and SC2? Don't they remember what happened at the last finals, when they put World of Tanks inbetween the SC2 games? The whole crowd left before the SC2 grand final because noone wanted to watch hours of World of Tanks! Why not make CS play on friday, SC2 saturday and LoL on sunday?

How can they not see having 2+ hour pauses between the games is bad? I was looking forward to this and I'm sure the games will be great but do I seriously want to watch it if there are pauses that long between the games? No.

Dont think that saturday is so bad as you make it.
Other tournaments have their breaks where players and casters go for lunch, and this is no other .. except you may enjoy some of the last (old) CS games we will see.

hasu and socke have huge problems with pvz recently, so i think darkforce should be the favorite for this

So there's no live footage from the venue and the casters aren't at the venue? This will be the worst EPS finals ever. Doesn't even feel like finals now, more like a normal EPS cup. I can't believe how ESL treats their most prestigous tournament.

The first two matches are being held on secondary streams while CS:S is being show on our main stage. Both (T)DBS vs. (P)Socke and later on (Z)DarKFoRcE vs. (P)HasuObs will be on the main stream with live footage from the venue.
