http://drop.sc/234698 These annoying small freezes are caused by shader rendering whenever something new happens on a battlefield. The problem with 1.5 is that the cache gets erased every time a computer restarts. So here's a replay in a unit tester map where every unit and building was created, attacked with and destroyed. And every spell used. It's 9:00 in duration which you can blast through on x8 speed in a minute. After that there will be no more stuttering for a day.
Or you can try this instead: http://eu.battle.net/sc2/en/forum/topic/5071567694

As no-one else seems to have done it, thanks for the replay.
It does what I was doing manually anyway and I speed through it at 8x :D Definitely works, min framerate is almost 10x higher after running through effects that have already been generated.
Do need to run this every time you reboot though, due to cache corrupting/deleting?

Lol looks like they brought the assets loading bug from Diablo 3 over to SC2. I dont have this issue, but it sounds like the same thing.

Had to redownload the entire sc2 client (over 9gb) when it broke in 1.5 patching (power cut, who's idea was it to remove the repair tool in 1.5?) and all of these issues just makes me sad

the fps drops are a pain in the ass but, this actually works for a good amount of people for now untill it gets patched.
more people should know about this so
BUMP!
