Ok... so assumng this is a shot shot deal, they used it to prevent a mayor pick (who didn't seem to have the lead) as opposed to a lynchproof pick? That seems like an easy end game for mafia, seems rather stupid unless it was done by town. I could understand a town person doing that rather then making someone lynch proof. I'd claim that if I were you.

Unless I read the rules wrong :X

The elections we have each day after the first are to decide who will be lynchproof the day after correct? I don't see why scum wouldn't keep that power for later. Even if it was to gain town cred for this reason, they still would have claimed it. Claim now, and I think we'll have a solid candidate to make lynchproof

I'll apply for surgeon general. There is no reason to give this to scum, so we can assure ourselves at least one town medic with me in charge. I think there is some risk here applying for the position, since the secretary is a dangerous role for scumt o get into.

Hmm ok, but I think we should be a bit aggressive with the second voting spot. It's a public rolecop check, so let's use it as such. It seems better to have someone we can deduce as mafia and not be able to lyncht the next day, rather then out a townie to prevent something that would never happen anyway. One of the two as surgeon general sounds superduper.

I keep forgetting what games I playing lol, are we really just going double down on people we are sure are townies? Is Gigyas and arcotod OK with having their roles revealed? I don't know who they are, but I'm trusting rad on this one, since he's probably town. Whole election thing seems pretty distracting in the end, the lynch is what really matters.

May major beef is with refallen and eventrees. Putting alot of effort into who voted for who as mayor is very suspect, and making lists off it even more so. Most mayoral games I play in, mafia have a candidate and they try very hard not to push him, or they don't have one at all and their votes are so scattered that any list-watchers become detrimental to discussion. I suggest re-focusing attention to lynch lists, unless you can connect better dots.

Yeah I'm pretty on par with what viscera just said. Reading Jitsu's analysis is basically all you can take out of refallen's posts as scummy. Beyond that, I really don't see much. Evantree on the otherhand is a pretty background poster (May not be his fault). The more I read evantrees filter the bigger my feeling. He's defintely trying very hard to look like he is contributing.

Evantree should be our lynch today. Textbook scum.

I don't really see al the hype around risk being scum. He's been actively hunting scum since the game started it seems, and a lot of people are giving him shit for doing so. Looks like a load of bandwagon shite to me. Who the hell is managin this shit. I DEMAND AN AUDIENCE WITH THE RADFIELD!

That's not a particularly strong defense. All I got out of that was you think you are a weak player, and because of that you think you might look like scum. Adding two and two together there doesn't do you any favors. I'll be keeping my vote on you. Contributing with your biggest suspects and thoughts on important matters would be your best bet at not getting lynched.

Professor badass is the pardoner, and the paparazzi thing means what? I'm missing the connection as to why eople are voting him. ardoner is a bad role for town, so that alone seems hunky dory to me, but if the proffessor was a generally scummy person, how did he get voted in?

TRIPLE POST: Ok I think I understand now, ProfBA is acting incredibly strangely and he's got some deathwsh against palmar. He used an ability an purposefully silenced himself (or accientally) to do... what? This doesn't make much sense, but it would make much more sense if he defended his actions first. ArticCod seems to be all about pushing that lynch, and that would give some information regaring him and a few others. I'll give my vote as well, but the play here is seeming to be quite questionable.

I don't know, maybe it only lasts for X hours rather than the whole day? It's fairly pointless to speculate about his role because the way he used it and acted in the thread make him a pretty much confirmed scum.

It's a rather astute conclusion based on the information available at the time, especially coming from a new player. Eiii's flip pretty much confirmed that it really is the case for the scum version of the role. He also pushes risk nuke, who I believe mafia has considered to be the easy mislynch. While his role can be used in a pro town fashion as he did when I requested him to, it's also quite nice for scum.

I'll have to look into what people were saying about Zentor on day 1 though to see if him being scum makes sense

This is actually remarkably damning. I haven't checked the time-stamps yet, but what possible reason would a townie have for speculating that it was an ability that needed to be used at least 2 hours before the day. I NEVER would have gotten close to assuming that. It was obvious it was scum driven, but 2 hours? That's incredibly specific and accurate.

MrZentor, when you are around please let me know. I have a few questions for you.

My posting is terrible? I found scum already, it's evantrees, I can pretty much guarantee it. (Filter him and look at his defense against VE's analysis). I think thats one more scum I've found then you have, unless you were the one spear-heading this PBA shin-dig.
