Only 7 and 1 are start locations. EDIT: Changed the SS so ppl are less confuzzled. | ||

I know exactly what recemblances you're refering too and they're not even close to justify that statement. The reason he lost the competition is probably the fact he states himself - the map is probably a little too simple. If you look closely i bet you that almost zero tiles will match in the maps, and to be inspired really isn't a crime (though that opening for a start has been used in way more maps than Luna). It really is becoming quite bugging when people makes statements like "This map look like LT" when the only recemblance is the jungle titleset. If this map were on ash, there would never be any "this looks like Luna" comments. edit: Or what if the map was mirrored? bet you not a single comment would come then either, still its the same design. | ||

as I just stated, i feel the map is too simple. with that i mean that it doesn't look pioneering. Thats a design issue so that is up to you to fix. As for the technicalities. First of the mains are too small imo. The should be as big as they would be if the low ledges below them were higground too. Those ledges btw make for mad abusing. The red pos gas is wrong. in TvT the blue has a huge advantage, seeing as both his nodes are placed good, while both reds sux. this will give him several hundred gas more in shorter time you expect. in 10min he maybe has mined 2-300 gas more, and thats 2-3 tanks more too... If this map is fun to play i will not argue with you, it probably is and thats of most importance. But the fact remains that its not a revolutionary map, and unless you alter it in some artistic way, you'll have to live with that from my part  | ||
