My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic TeamLiquid Mare-A-Thon
The first ever TeamLiquid MLP marathon is happening this Sunday!
Yes, non-bronies, this is really happening. We're sorry. ♥
On November 6th, everyone who's interested is welcome to join us over at SynchTube, where we will be streaming the full first season of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Yes, there will be intermissions -- we're actually sane. We'll be airing the occasional PMVs between episodes for this exact purpose (and because they're fun). You will also have a chance to win some free pony swag during the event, because we're completely awesome.
Mostly, however, this event is just a good excuse to get together with friends and talk ponies and StarCraft all day. We've got a few dozen people intending to show for this ten hour (!) broadcast, so if you're interested you certainly won't be alone. Stay for it all, or come say hi and watch an episode with us - open night at the drive-in.
When:
- Sunday, Nov 06 3:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00)
Where:
- SynchTube; link will be provided 30 minutes ahead of time
- Live chat will take place in IRC, channel #tlponies on QuakeNet
Yes, SynchTube has chat functionality, but it's made of ass. IRC is better by miles, and if you don't have mIRC or some other IRC client, you can still reach the chat room easily from the webclient:

Pick a name, join #tlponies. There might be some occasional chatter in the SynchTube chat room, but we won't be paying much attention to it.
Prizes/giveaway
During the event, you can win some free pony swag (exact kind will remain a secret, although I'm sure you can guess). For this event, there are a few rules:
- You must post any answers in the MLP thread in the General Forum, not in IRC or SynchTube chat
- Edited posts will be disqualified. Make sure you get it right the first time
- Fastest correct answer wins
You should have plenty of time to get ready to post, but I'd still suggest you keep the MLP thread open.

I'm more excited for this than I have been for any SC2 tournament, and I've already watched all of the episodes at least twice. This makes sense.
Sosad I can only make it to 2 hours of it...

Oh, we will. =) Officially we end when season 1 concludes, but after a brief intermission of 3-4 PMVs, we'll play all five episodes from season 2 (by that time, the s2e5 should be up on YouTube), so if anyone wants to stick around, please do. There'll be no more prizes/giveaways or stuff like that past season 1, is all.

In other news, we're gonna be in tonight's Nightly Roundup on Equestria Daily, so we might get a few more people watching the stream this Sunday as a result. Again, our personal live chat hangout will be in #tlponies on QuakeNet, but there might be some chatter in the stream chat after all.
