Since you guys don't answer your support emails, why isn't it possible to select the quality of VODs? Not everyone has the bandwidth for 1080p. I paid for a subscription to be able to watch the VODs and I can't because all you do is use the twitch tv highlights that have no option to lower the resolution.

Well they use Twitch and Twitch doesn't support it...I'd ask Twitch support instead if you're looking to get somewhere

It is laggy for me tonight for some reason. I get the voice, but the video lags. Watching from US (west coast) if it makes any difference.
