[EU] ISC#3 - $250 prizepool - IMBAlonian Star Cup

- Sign Up; Check In 30 minutes before the tournament begins. Players signing up must have an EU Battle.net account and are able to understand English or have someone able to translate. Players must also be able to get skype or have skype available for interviews.

- Pregrid Rounds: BO1. Grid: BO3. Final: BO5

- The first four to six rounds will be completely random without a classic grid. After that, the automated grid will start.

- Reporting: We have an auto report system. It’s very simple. You will find the giant buttons when you need them.

- Support: Players will have access to our support. If you have any problems during a tournament, use the support page.
Communication: Use the Bnet messenger to contact your opponent. We also provide an IRC channel (#IMBATournyname).
Save all replays. All Grid replays must be uploaded. Click on your match or the upload button

- Cheat, Hack, Bug Abuse, Multiaccount will result in a disqualification. Using another or multiple accounts to bypass the Blackmark system will result in a permanant ban from all hosted events.

- Sending not usefull or relevant support tickets will cause our admins to permaban anyone who uses the system. The players starcraft name and id will be permabanned. Fraudulent tickets, Reporting incorrect reports or trying to exploit the tournament system, and any mis-use of the system will result in a instant 3 blackmarks to the player's name.

- Trolling, Flaming, BMing, Degrating a player can be reported and cause you to be kicked from the tournament. We do however not mind too much about friendly banter or a friendly remark or joke or even getting inside the other persons head. If you think your crossing the line. You are to stop.

- Play a map in a BO3/5-match more than one time will cause a regame first off then second offence will cause a disqualification

- Players who cause huge delays by going afk or having a lot of DCs may possibly be removed from a running tournament. The active admin can take this decision when a match delays the progress of the whole tournament.

- Being late for 10 minutes will result in a disqual if the player has not cleared extra time with an admin for getting there game up and loaded
If a player is playing another cup they are allocated 5 mins after finishing there match to allow them to have a drink and take a break. But if they abuse the 5 mins given they will be added a black mark.

- Semi-final and Final rounds must require an administrator and atleast one caster present before the game starts

- Disconnecting: Freewin/Walk-Over will be granted if a) the one who disced was noticeable behind, b) the player who did not disc actually decides they want a walk over. Otherwise rematch.

- Payouts are via Paypal only. We always pay out on the same day, if you provide us with a paypal address. Payments below $50 to winners who have no paypal access will be used to fund future tournaments. Payouts may be revoked if the player is found guilty (with PROOF) of abusing any of the rules during the tournament.
NEW and subject to change: If a match is in a draw situation by the headreferees opinion, he can start a 15 ingame minute countdown, while trying to notify the players. If after that time nothing has drastically changed, both players will be removed from the current tournament. If both players cannot be notified then the 75 ingame minute might be the deadline.

- NO Observers are only allowed when playing in our cup. Referees / Gamecasters are always allowed and can never be turned down.
Streamers and casters inside the event are not to abuse the spectator chat and are recommended to only use it for a important issues. Repeat offenders will be punished.
If one or more player(s) complain about lag during a running game, everybody except the main livestreamer will have to leave the game instantly. If the game is continuing to lag then the admin can issue a pause situation and make people leave the game for it to be finished lag free.

- The Streamers(IMBAtv) will be allowed to use one wild card each to turn a BO1 into a BO3. This wildcard can only be used if the tournament is not being held up in a previous round. This may also not be used as a way to allow a favored player gain a win due to any variable that will make someone lose the game.

- Streamers only allowed in games with no exceptions. If a player is reported to have invited an obs to the game they are subject to a disqualification. We want a clean fight! Unauthorized (authorization will be given from any on staff admin) observers will be warned and then subject to the blackmark system for repeated offences or disobeying the administrators.

- Black Mark System: This system will be in place for when a player disobeys or comes back against the rules. We will assign a black mark to that player. If / when they get to 3 marks they will be ejected from 2 events in total. Second offence is 4 events banned from. This only relates to rule breaks, time management, bming, and doing things against the tourny series. We will ban if the player does something terrible during a cup. Stream cheating is an instant 3 marks.

- Stream Cheating: If there are multi reports of stream cheating then the player will be ejected and subject to a later investigation and if proven will be given 3 blackmarks.
Administrators of the event and the main streamer will be given Referee status during the game, the main streamer also will be given it to pause the game incase of lag issues, and administrators can also pause the game and talk to the players if there are issues regarding any problems. If any stream abuses the ref status in game or pauses the game near or in the middle of battles with out concent will be banned from streaming future events.
