WEEK 1: EG wins 3 -1 over GaB
WEEK 2 OPPONENTS: FnaticMsi Iezael + executor (A grudge match from the PTSL! The team that eliminated GaB in the losers bracket!)
The pair, formerly representing Team Wizards, have been at the height of the world 2on2 ranking in Season 2 of the ladder while currently holding a top 10 ranking. In the recent PTSL, a $1,200 2on2 tournament... IeZaeL and eXeCuToR placed 2nd overall and won $300 for their efforts. On their path, they took down kAra and Delphi, Axslav and Strifecro, along with SeleCT and Optikzero before losing in the Grand Finals. - fnatic.com

Totally thought this was something about Thorzains old wc3 team GaB 
Also, how does the payment work, is it 60-100$ split every week? Or if you win 3-2 do you only receive 20$?

each win is $20. if its a 3-0 the winning team gets $60. if its 3-1 then 1 team will win $60 and the losing team will win $20. There is no subtraction. Hence a min of $60 given out.

ahhha, i didnt know that GaB was the abbreviation for guns n broaches when i watched them spam them in that 2v2 tourney, it just clicked for me and now im even more amused. i hope they spam it in this showmatch!

Lol yeah a 3-2 split would guarantee both teams $50 instead of a 3-0 where one team would get $60 and the other one $0

For destiny and minigun, the prize should be distributed based on the finishing score of the players in a game. xD

I don't understand why the cash prize distribution even matters from a spectator point of view... I just want to see fun, cool ass games and I'm going to love watching live with the team audio at the same time...
As long as the players think its worth the prize cash to do the event then i have no problems what so ever with the setup...
