Thanks to BCloud for pointing out this absolutely fabulous tvz in the following thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=25214
Approx. an hour, but non-stop action. A constant barrage of swarms, ling, lurk and desperate but great defense by terran. So much fun~ Pull up a seat, pop some popcorn, and watch in x2 (it's worth it)

holy shit Z was amazing at using his Defilers - huge coverage and good placement of swarms everywhere, and plaguing the marines, making them fall quickly against his Hydras and Zerglings. T held out for a very long time, and finally outlasted Zerg. But wtf, Z didn't even start his upgrades until T was 2/2!! Wow Z was awesome even though he didn't upgrade early enough Awesome replay, though I wanted Zerg to win. Thanks BCloud and uhjoo.

I think zerg should have taken both islands with slow drop if without speed really early, and he'd have the game... But a great game of course

Sure, 'nice' rep for people who don't get frustrated by stupid play. I myself thought it was a waste and I agree partly to that qtip guy (or what's his name).

the constant attack style of zerg was interesting, but he was apparently either too slow (apm wise) to expand enough or not smart enough to grab the 2nd island still his gameplay was great and fun to watch terran was a massive turtling bitch and he proved that 3/3 marines from 1base can stop a zerg for a long time if he doesnt have ultras/upgrades
it reminds me of one ogogo replay, where he does too agressive drops and losses because he doesnt have enough forces despite the fact he hurt terrans economy

Did you lose that game Twisted, is that why his play annoys you so?

Yeah ok massive turtling bitch Lets see any of you "move out and wreck that shit" when there are at least 4 swarms at your doorstep at any given moment for about 30 minutes...
And it wasn't from 1 base... it was 2 expos vs 3 most of the game, 2 gas vs 4, and in end game terran actually had 3 expos - natural, 2nd nat and 12 while zerg was running out and also had 3 or so, mining with even fewer workers than terran. I think the zerg played very smart, and the only thing he should have done better would be taking one or both islands much earlier, cause his bases ran dry soon enough...
Not every game must be your standard "control middle and prevent drops with scourges while sunkening your expos and teching to ultralisks". The zerg there played an incredibly offensive style and he used plague+swarm more effectively than anyone I've ever seen...
People try new things, and i'd say he did it quite well.. I don't think it's "stupid play", as Twisted put it, at all.

ya its kinda hard to not turtle when zerg is playing like an offensive bitch =/ neway, turtling is good passive counter for aggressive non expoing zerg.

The Terran wasnt a MASSIVE TURTLE BITCH
He played a very nice defense through out the game because the zerg did not let him have any chance of attacking
  I really liked this game

ok, I admit that I exagerated a bit, but I hate terrans who "grab expo and dont do anything - just MASS". well could have harassed with dropship more, it was the zerg who never took the islands fast enough. I dislike such style, but well it is sucessful (because zerg made a mistake?). But still I think terran could have harassed with vessels more at least.

Despite what people say about choices made in terms of strategy and all that there is no denying that it is an extremely fast pased action packed game that is the only rep i've probably watched on 4x thats over like 40 minutes.

You're a busy man I take time whenever I can to enjoy replays and watch the good ones at x2, at most. The best at x1 (like boxer vs Didi on legacy of char)

The players, however, did not fare so well. In particular, I think that the zerg player needed to spend less time multitasking in the game and more time thinking about what he should do next. In the later stages of the game, he did a very poor job of maintaining his economy. However, I should also point out that his use of plague was a pleasure to see. His control and micro wasn't perfect, but it was much better in comparison to most of the other "gosu" replays out there.
Lastly, the "plot" or suspense of the game was good, with neither side walking over the other (even though this was due in part to inadequate play). Except for the ending: the ending was very anti-climatic as the zerg player let the game slip away.
Overall, this replay was better than the average "gosu" replay, no doubt. But the bad ending really sours its score, almost to the point where I don't want to bother keeping it. Nevertheless, I will create a new category for this replay, "Above Average Game", and save it there.
About replay speeds: x4 at the start and at the end after one player has clearly lost, and x2 the rest of the time, with x1 for times when there is one very large battle or multiple battles going on at the same time in different places.

I didn't care for this game too much, as least not for how big a deal people are making it out to be... Z didn't work his econ at ALL (islands were rediculously fucking late), and just kind've threw units away... Terran was ahead for like 90% of the game. Not to say the fast massing and the battles weren't cool, and that was pretty much the most gosu defiler usage I've ever seen, I was just disappointed that one part of the Z's game was so good, while another part was so bad.
