You do not have to pay for your computer time, however there is a $15 entry fee. $10 will go towards the winners pot,$5 towards the store.
Prize:

The prize depends on the number of people that show up. $10 from your entry fee goes towards the prize pool, the more people that show-up, the more the prize will be. Prize distributions will work in the following manner
1-8 players: winner take all
9-16 players: 80%-20% split(between 1st and 2nd place)
17+: 65%-25%-10% split(between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place)
1-8 players: winner take all

We encourage everybody from every skill level to come and compete. Last tournament was extremely fun even for the people who lost (like me). The prize pool reached a pretty big size of $200 for first place, so it's definitely worth making the trip. I look forward to seeing everyone that was at the previous event there as well as new ones. Hey everyone, important announcement. Due to the expected low turn-out to this event, we will be changing the tournament format. If there are 16 players of less in attendance, we will be using a MLG format, in other words, pool play. 4 pools of 4 players (pools A,B,C,D) will be used for a round robin style tournament. Top player of each pool will advance to the upper bracket, while the others will be placed in the lower bracket. Sorry for anybody who does not like this tournament format, but that is the way we have decided to run it in order to make the buy-in worth your while.
