Yay its finally started. I only had a chance to skim the thread during my lunch break, but I'll be able to post more once I get out of work. I would suggest everyone commenting on the setup. Pointing out flaws in Sandroba or GM's plan allows you to blend in, but proposing solutions is much more helpful. At least half the town hasn't blown each other up yet. | ||

Sorry guys, tl.net is blocked at work so I can only post in the morning, at lunch and when I get home. Plus, I had two grad parties this week so its been pretty crazy. Seriously, if you really have to nuke, post in the thread ahead of time so town can react and talk you out of it if necessary. This impulse nuking is creating a chaotic environment. First you write up a big post about how Palmar is scum, yet don't nuke him. Yet instead you call GM scum in one line and then proceed to nuke him without asking town's opinion. Do you have information that we don't? Combined with the fact that you leaked the scum's kp, the only reason I'm not firing a nuke back at you is your role claim hasn't been counter-claimed. The fact that you and mataza are from the troll faction makes me feel that you are forced to fire nukes or troll the thread or something. Do you have some hidden role text that is making you two act so weird? Palmar's random role claim was certainly bizarre. Perhaps he knew the real conspirator would never counter-claimed and hoped town would ignore him for the rest of the game? Either way, if he is scum or third party, he is confirmed anti-town and would be a good lynch target today. | ||

Anyone wanna claim redirecting the missile from YM? Also, did you launch and anti-nuke JeeJee or do you have an ability that protects you from dieing to nukes? The post hinted at radio signals. "A cultist that can win with town" worries me. Seems like there is another party that we will have to worry about. Does "Chapel of Ze" mean anything to anyone? It would be nice if we could connect who would belong in the group with Trotsky. Marx perhaps? | ||

Also, lurker list of shame. These guys better start shaping up their play. Mafia wants to be especially careful to avoid confrontation with all the kp available to town so lurkers are even more dangerous than usual this game. Ciryandor - Plays the newbie card for not contributing. Playing very passive. GGQ - He has the same number of posts in this thread as the voting thread. Played a lurky game as scum recently in XXXIX. Misder - I didn't even realize you were playing this game Zona - With 220 posts this week, I kinda would expect more than four of them be put towards this game. gtrsrs - No posts. | ||

Sandroba its been awful convenient the way you are firing nukes and then suddenly changing your mind about peoples alignments. I think all zombies should be forced to claim now. If you are truly aligned with the allies then you should have nothing to hide. That way, if we later learn the zombies are another scum/3rd party team, we can hold them accountable. In addition, we won't increase the radiation level by firing at targets that can't be nuked. After this grace period, claiming zombie won't be accepted as a valid excuse for living. The only problem with this is there might be a scum that claims zombie to try and prevent being targeted, but they will have to risk drawing serious attention to themselves. GM, why did you choose call for a policy nuke on gtr? He is not a lurker. He is an inactive who is clearly paying no attention to the thread. There are far better people to target as lurkers like GGQ, I also found it weird that Eiii felt guilty for not appearing on my original lurker list. Finally, Coag has been far less aggressive than I'm used to. Can we please not fire a nuke until the other person can respond to your intentions? If YM would have waited, then deconduo would have been able to claim a brit and his bonus life wouldn't have been wasted. It also doesn't give any one else a chance to argue for or against the nuke which limits our information. @Caller/ON, could we have a clarification for the ultra operation? Does it only reveal the scum kp target or does it reveal the targets of other scum abilities as well? If its the former, then it would reveal only a single night hit, which would be useless unless the target managed to survive the hit. Even so, when zero hits show up in the day post, that person can claim the hit just as easily. If it reveals all scum night actions, then the power seems much more useful. | ||

Coag seems pretty confirmed unless there is a counter-claim. Also, where has opz been the last day? He hasn't responded to the fact that he is currently leading the lynch. prplhz, why nuke misder? What separates him from the other lurkers, like GGQ. He has been playing extremely non-committal this game, as if he doesn't want to upset anyone. I guess there is no harm in me claiming. I'm the Pacifist Ocean. Once per night I can launch a Tsunami at a player and if it hits someone from the Moonspeak Empire it cripples their nuclear capabilities. I didn't start with any nukes, but after Mig redirected one at me, I was told that a nuke had fallen out of the sky and was at my disposal. I also have some powers dealing with a campaign if its chosen, but I won't reveal that yet. My win condition is surviving to endgame, unless the conspirator wins. Last night, I targeted GGQ. | ||
