OVERVIEW

Everything is on the line. Neither team can afford to slip now. Four teams, Hwaseung, STX, WeMade and Samsung are fighting for two spots. Someone will have to miss out.

Khan have the advantage of being a win ahead of their three rivals. They also have a game in hand on OZ and STX. However, with the exception of STX they have an inferior games differential, which would be blown out to impossible to bridge levels should they lose today.

FOX are a win behind KHAN, but they have the equal best game differential of the four and a game in hand on OZ and STX.

With STX and OZ playing each other tomorrow, this match becomes even more critical.

HEAD TO HEAD RESULTS

WeMade are up 3-2 in the head to head record this season, including a 4-0 shutout in Round 2. Khan however won the most recent encounter, with their strong protoss line overcoming WeMade's terran heavy outfit.

Interestingly, no KHAN zergs have beaten a FOX player in proleague this season.

KEY PLAYERS

JangBi is on a roll. 16-2 for June so far, including individual leagues. He will be crucial and should the match go to an Ace, he would be my pick. WeMade's strongest players are Terrans, and Baby/Mind are almost certain to be sent on Beltway. Everyone knows just how good Jangbi is against Terrans when on form.

BaBy is surprisingly undefeated against Stork with a 3-0 record. He is also undefeated against Grape and Brave, while being 50% against Jangbi. This strong record against the formidable Khan protoss line will be essential to WeMade's chances.

FINAL PREDICTION

It's going to be close. Very very close. Jangbi's recent resurgence has been followed by Shine. Stork's slump has been matched by Mind. The emergence of the rookie Reality has been matched by WeMade's own in P7GAB. They are both highly dependent on one race and have one which is much weaker than the others. There isn't much separating these teams.

I feel that this will come to an ace match. It could very well depend on whether January or Trolluary decides to rock up and whether Wooki gets plunged in the deep end again or not.

Pretty important game in terms of playoffs. Not that it really matters to most fans here(KT/CJ/SKT1 are in already).

For Khan (current #5, 1 game ahead of WMF, 1.5 games ahead of STX and Oz), a win here puts them just about into the playoffs. And all they have to do is beat Ace(likely) or Oz(coin flip) to get in. Hopefully this is the case so they get extra time to prepare for the playoffs.

But if they lose here, they likely have to beat Oz and Ace to get in, as Oz and Wemade both have tie-breaker against Khan. Of course, it's possible 2 of Wemade/Oz/STX keep failing and Khan get in by default, but I really don't want it to come down to that.

For Wemade (current #6, 0.5 games ahead of Oz and STX) situation a bit more muddy. If they win, they control their own destiny. But if they lose, they'll be more or less tied with Oz and for all practical purposes, 1 game ahead of STX due to tie-breaker.

While I want Khan to win, I do wish they end up in 6th spot at the end. KT is a much more favorable MU for Khan, with their lack of zergs and Flash not auto-win against Khan protosses. Whereas the Stars lineup counters Khan in many ways.

Lets go Wemade. Lets hope our current form can propel ourselves into the playoffs. I can't remember the last time Wemade made it into any form of Proleague playoffs :o(. I think that was when the team was still sponsored by Pantech.

KHAN should win tomorow. Jangbi is back and Stork is not failing hard as before.

Too bad im not home when games are played but I hope we win this and seal our playoff spot.

There's a funny image that I remember seeing that went something like "Stork is in the line up? TYVM club" and like 4 of them were wemade players cause

Pure is 5-0 against Stork
Midas is 7-3 against Stork
Roro is 2-0 against Stork
Baby is 3-0 against Stork

so wemade is the ultimate anti stork team.

Neither Samsung and KHAN seem to have any maps where the same players play regularly, or even the same race. Very bizarre. So these predictions are almost certainly almost completely wrong.

I dont know about predicting Great for Beltway, especially when Baby's vZ is rather powerful.

I like FOX, but KHAN should take this... Cos i like them more xD

In my defense, Baby often comes out on the best Terran map, which there isn't in this set until ace. I guess La Mancha instead of Midas is most likely.
