EPTQ-Con itself requires a day or weekend pass which can be purchased at the website (www.q-con.org.uk) and is visited by in excess of 2500 visitors on the course of the weekend (the largest gaming convention in the UK). The Starcraft tournament this year is small, and will be run on a first come, first served basis. Registration will occur in Club Room 5, with the rules available on the Q-Con website, as well as on the day.
The event will be casted live by a combination of Stewart Millar, James Dobbie, Michael McNally and Patrick McClurg and runs from 12PM - 6PM on Saturday 24th and 12PM - 5PM on Sunday 25th in Club Room 5 of the QUB Students' Union.
Both players and spectators are encouraged to take part - a success this year will guarantee its spot in future years, with an eye toward larger SC2 dedicated events throughout the year.
