I'm sure most people know but for any newcomers to the MSL or Broodwar. We welcome you.

MSL starts at group stage, 8 groups of 4. Getting out of your group means you quallify for next time. The 16 players that fail to get out of thier group go to the MST (MSL Surviour) torunament

In the MST 2 players normally fight for the right to play one of these players that failed to advance from thier group.

This tournament is for players to qualify for the right to play for a chance to play the guys who failed to qualify from thier groups.

Thus anyone that got through thier group isn't here becuse they are seeded into the next MSL anyone who was in a gorup and lost is in the MST and this tournament is for the right to play in the MST.
