And the winners are... KT Roflster Rolster! Flash! When results aren't good, Jaedong encourages me. - Thoughts on securing the victory for your team? ▲ I haven't done an interview in a long time. I'm really very happy, and hope that today's opportunity will lead to our rank rising quickly. - You lost in SPL and OSL recently. ▲ I expected my match with Kal hyung to be very difficult, but he still prepared exceedingly well, so I lost. But the match I lost to Light hyung still makes me a bit regretful. I'm still confident management-wise, so I was disappointed; but it's still ok, since I can learn a lot from that match. I feel like I've risen another level. I've been winning a lot recently, and became a bit complacent. After losing to Light, my mentality has been revamped again. To be able to refocus myself right before individual leagues is a huge blessing. - Your team often suffers the 1:4 "Flash score." ▲ Not only I, but my whole team and coaches all felt very pressured. Back when I was Assistant Captain (T/N whaaa? 副班长) we already felt like we were in a vulnerable position. But this made us work harder, so that we could break our losing streak. - You'll be playing your rival SKT soon. (T/N: literally: The SKT derby is soon.) ▲ It's good that SKT's condition isn't at its peak, so we'll see how that goes. But though I think our team is the underdog, we won't give up, and will prepare hard in order to win. If the fans that day can give us huge cheers, we'll repay them with good results. - It's been a long time since you've (KT has) been up 3:1. ▲ I was extremely happy. I resolved to win regardless of the circumstances. First, I entered a relaxed state of mind, and that let me perform at my best. Since I trust my teammates, I believe we'll see a lot more of these situations from now on. - Is Icarus Zerg-favored? ▲ I wanted to play TvZ, and the coach wanted me to play TvZ too. With TvZ, it's not about having balance favor you; it's about being confident, and I was sure of my ability to win. - Last words? ▲ Reach hyung hasn't played in a long time, but today he very unfortunately lost. Though he was smiling on the surface, he's probably very disappointed inside. There are more opportunities in the future, and I hope fans will soon see that "Reach has returned." Also, we've been losing and winning at the same time as Oz for a while, but today we won while they lost. And he seems to be close to Flash - maybe due to the fact that they have a number of similarities: dominant in the game, teams name dubbed after their names, 1-4 classic JaedongOz and KTFlash scores lol

kdgns United States2427 Posts December 13 2010 21:26 GMT #16 运营 is best described as management and decision making, its not exactly like macro in that macro is more about making units, 运营 is more about a sense of what to do, build order, transitions, expansion timings and army composition can all be included as 运营, basically saying someone's 运营 is good is complimenting their game sense
