EPTThat video is from the Final of the 11th Edition of the HAVANA STAR LEAGUE, the main event in the StarCraft Scene in Cuba.
From 1999 to 2006, several attempts were made to organize Cuban StarCraft players in a league, and several low-pretension tournaments were played, but it was not till January 8, 2007, that the first national event was held, thus marking the beginning of the Havana StarCraft League (HSL, by its Spanish acronym)
These tournaments have three qualifying events, called “preliminaries”, which guarantee 32 tickets for the HSL, where participants make eight groups of four. The system copies that of the soccer World Cups.
The event’s results are logged and tabulated for a StarCfrat ranking, based on the ELO system used in chess. The current Ranking will be uploaded later.
In this event Roger "Rockstar" Recio , a zerg player from the o.O team (one&Only), known as the bronze titan for his 4 Bronze medals achieved in the tournament, faced Angel Yasmany "Hokage" Sanchez, a protoss player from the MaX team FOR THE GOLD MEDAL OF THE TOURNAMENT in a Best of 5.

While at the same time, Yordani "Slipkorn" Quintana from one&Only team will face Yoel "Ready" Moya from Max team for the bronze medal in a Best of 3.

Not a single player has been able to win 3 hsls. Considered to be the curse of the HSL in cuba, one player manage to win 2 in a row, terran player o.O]T[XerOx, and another to win with two different races, Boundless[Link], who win with both Zerg and Protoss
Thanks to the financial support of Red Bull and RBOL, the event stood as the best to the moment, with over 350 people attending the event. ADEC organized the event with the help of PMM and Maxim Rock Theather, the place at which the event was made. ADEC is Asociacion de Deportes Electronicos de Cuba (Cuban E-Sports asociation) Responsible for all starcraft events in the island.
On april 20, the final of the HTL (Habana Team league, the cuban proleague) Will be held, no concrete finalists are determined. But the current favorites are one&Only, MaX and CH.
Why is Cuba not known to the world?: Cuba does not participe in any foreign tourney, nor can access any type of B.net due to having a very poor internet conection, myself have 56kb modem conection right now. So we have our own National pro scene, similar to the likes of Korea And China.

Im also a player, i was the first terran to win a HSL, and to win 2 in a row, wining the last one and the before.
Due to me losing in the ro8, i stayed as the spanish comentator of the event.
