I believe that the tea being referred to in Day1 is the Golden Monkey black tea.

Of all the teas listed, one caught my attention: the Golden Monkey black tea... Why? Because the first clue pointing specifically at the first killer indicated that he was mimicking some kind of primate, i.e. a monkey.

I glanced through everybody's profiles as well, and I can confirm with DH that there are no obvious references to monkeys. Although, I couldn't find anything relating to apples or cooked pigs.

But while scrolling through everyone's profiles, on a completely off-the-side thinking, and continuing with my possibly-incorrect golden monkeys, I'm begining to suspect keit.

Here are my reasons:
-keit has a bunch of pictures of the cookie monster in his profile
-the golden monkey was thought to be a subspecies of Blue Monkey
-the cookie monster has always reminded me of a monkey (albeit tailess, blue, and on crack)
-blue monkeys and golden monkeys eat fruit, possibly referring to apples, although i'm pretty sure apples aren't part of these monkey's normal diets
-the cookie monster eats his food by shoving it down his throat quickly and violently

of course, this is all speculation on my part. Objectively speaking, I myself believe this 'analysis' isn't very convincing given the degree of speculation.

Oh yeah and the stimulant to caffiene connection is a very strong one, but the problem i see with it is that stimulant is very difficult to connect with the apple+monkey+fridge killer or the thin blade killer

uhhh, there were only two murderers there, and each of them leave clues pertaining to themselves, not other mafia members. That's how it worked when I used to play mafia, and unless I completely missed something, I don't think this method of generating clues has been changed either.

And you seem to enjoy refuting and arguing with every single post i'm putting up DH, even after I acknowledge the flaws in my own analyses.

Hmm, I don't know about this, but based off of previous mafia games from my perspective, clues were rather pointed; specific/interesting details for each clue usually referred to specific and obvious details from a person's profile/name/sig. What I'm trying to say is, I don't think clues are usually given out to develop a personality profile that matches that of the real-life personality of a player.

The abenson appliance link is really interesting, and the apple connection to ghote is fairly solid as well imo.

But yeah, about the sheriff/mayor elections. I think we should set some basic requirements such as these:
-NEEDS to be one of the most active players and have alot of free time on hand
-experience from other mafia games (would be nice though not extremely necessary)
-can communicate well so that people will pay attention/listen/respect what's being said

Anyways, after some hard consideration regarding my schedule activity, I'd like to annouce my candidicy for sheriff/mayor ^^. I believe I'll have enough time to cope with the additional duties of being a mayor/sheriff. I have previous experience from participating in several of the earliest mafia games; I've only been a mafia member once, and I got owned cause I'm terrible at playing mafia roles; I'd prbly get killed off really quickly anyways because I suck so much with mafioso positions lol. Most importantly, I AM NOT A MAFIA MEMBER!! Of course this is impossible to prove at this point, but I will still swear it. Either way, I will pledge my loyalty to the well-being of this town and will do everything in my power to ensure the utter destruction of those evil mafiosos. FOR LIQUIDIA!!!

at the rate things are going right now, it looks like DH and meeple are garuanteed the sheriff/mayor positions

what happened between hobbes being the solid choice to t_co suddenly getting wtfpwned?
by glancing through the last two dozen or so pages that i missed, it appears that t_co was lynched because he was aggravating people? am i right or wrong here?
