Before everyone jumps on the gun, remember the following (according to wikipedia):

The percentage of people who actually realize their Resolutions is about 12%; - You have a higher chance of realizing your Resolution if you have a system where small measurable goals are used;
- Women succeeds 10% more if the Resolutions are made public (for example if you write it on teamliquid.net!)
So, what I want everyone to do are:
- Write down your new year resolution (thus making your resolution public);
- (If you are not already one) Pretend you are a woman for the year of 2010.
So here's mine:
+ Show Spoiler +- Study 3-4 hours every day no matter what happens (and spend less time on the computer);
- Get one paper published;
- Spend one hour on studying Japanese once every week.

EDIT: Perhaps a good idea is to revisit this thread one year later and evaluate how much of the resolution is actually realized.

1. 3.75+ GPA with ~20% less studying overall than what I did this semester 2. Get a decent gf 3. Continue to improve all current friendships and make lots of new ones 4. Find a couple more decent short to mid series length (-1 to 60) animes to watch 5. DL a decent subbed or dubbed (hopefully dubbed) Evangelion 2.0 soon 6. Watch 3.0 in a theater when it comes out (there was a single showing of 2.0 in my city earlier this year but a missed it =/ ) 7. Get some decent jeans 8. Lose a bit more weight 9. Get a sexy new smartphone without a ridiculous data plan 10. Get ahold of SC2 beta when it comes out no matter what 11. Improves on my sushi making skills starting with this threadthis thread 12. Spend no more than $22.50 per week on average while at school [haha yea right =( ] 13. Find some 'easy' source of income 14. Improve my hair with spending too much extra cash 15. Hit 2k posts here 16. Learn how to make a larger variety of sexy sandwiches 17. Learn a bit of Korean so I can yell a larger variety of random Korean phrases well watching SC 18. Improve my overall athletic abilities 19. Improve my piano skills by finding more awesome and more difficult sheet music from games/films/epic stuff to play 20. Learn how to make a decent iced cappuccino at home cause I have to stop spending so much on that shit 21. Gloriously and triumphantly win an argument on the bus/train with some stranger (lol) 22. Vacation with some friends to some awesome place this summer 23. Play alot of SC2 this summer (lol yea right, as if the beta will be released in 201X) 24. In addition to #1, specifically I want to rape my econ and stats classes with minimal studying 25. Get a decent 2nd hand car 26. Finally get a PS3 or 360 or Wii or that shit (I'm terribly late aren't I) 27. Smoke a bit more weed without getting into anymore shit 28. Go houseboating this summer/spring 29. Learn a couple more songs to sing in the shower 30. Learn a couple more songs to pwn the next time I karaoke with my friends

Uh, get all the way through to galois theory.

1) Go to classes that start before noon, start assignments at least 2 days before they're due and go to office hours at least once so the prof knows what I look like 2) Go to the gym at least twice a week 3) If I'm on the computer after midnight, I'm doing work and only work 4) Drink no more than two days a week 5) Cook 3 times a week or at least make a sandwich or something. Stop eating cereal for dinner 6) Hang out with my roommates more
