Do you guys/gals find that it is important to use proper grammar when posting?
I find it very irritating when i cant understand someone and their sentences go along like this, "yaya omg 5p00l ftw yaya"
i mean i get it but wtf
Could we make a grammar test for new members for them to post. I think that would make this website so much better if we were just a little bit smarter. Also if we made a grammar test i think it would cut down heavily on the spammers because that is just one more thing that they would have to do for them to be able to spam this awesome website.

As important as spelling and grammar are, you can only demand so much from young people, ESL, and even native speakers. I see people sometimes go out of their way not to understand someone just so they can smear them with a mildly superior understanding of English.

I seriously hope you intentionally spelled grammar incorrectly.
Voted yes, I think information should be spread in a well known and majorly accepted form and proper grammar is just that.

What was that thread about that? I couldn't find it with a quick search. Spelling is not as important on a forum but grammar just makes it easier to understand a persons thoughts they are trying to convey.
