EPTHow about implementing a meta-moderation system? If you make a rating of 1 on a great post, and 10 other people rate it a 5, then your credibility rating drops. And vice versa. Also subject to abuse, but it will have to be more coordinated (and possibly more obvious). Search function yields a post by SonuvBob, saying that we don't have any such meta-moderation yet. But which also indicates it's already been given some thought.

It is far simpler than implementing karma + m2, and allows a difference of opinion while negating the effect of the 1/5 trolls. | ||

dunno if this makes sense but, alright for example plexa makes an awesome 5/5 deserving post and votes are as followed.. 5: 200 4:10 3:10 2:10 1:50 it automatically accepts the 5, because that was the most popular one, so basically what im suggesting is no averaging for individual blogs | ||
