6) Koreans are only allowed in this tournament if they are known in the foreign community

Please explain this rule? What means? Why have this rule?

Because we are trying to fulfill the needs of the foreign BW community, combined with keeping the level of competition fair. Koreans are clearly better than foreigners, leaving them no chance to win a tournament designed for their community. If you are known in the foreign community, it is because of the following reasons:
1) You are way too good for a foreigner.
2) You speak English.
3) You don't lag insanely bad.

Given that, only reasons 2 or 3 would really allow you to qualify.
SC is like sex. You should play often, but never too hard. And you should only try hard when it matters.

Luckily, that's only one of the rules. "1) All players are subject to administrative discretion."

TSL2 did it. It sounds ridiculous on paper but makes a lot of sense in practice.

But awesome initiative :D

I must say that is not exactly a fair rule. I mean why would you not allow someone to play in your tournament? There are only a few "fair" reasons I can think of. Such as excessive bm, breaking a law...Those sort of things...However to tell someone they can't play just because you decided against it is kind of wrong. It leaves question if you are disqualifying that player for personal reason or not. If it is for a personal reason, its not very professional...Then again, I guess that doesnt bother you. I think you should reconsider though and let him play. I mean if people disqualified IdrA from tournaments he might not be where he is today...However he is always a crowd please. Why? Cause people are always cheering for him, against him or cheering for his rage. Its why so many people have loved to watch IdrA in the past.

That's fine. It's on a case by case basis, and for Scan, he falls under many categories that eliminate him from playing in any tournament I host. 1) Excessive BM 2) Several proven prior abuses in tournaments. The list goes on, thanks for your concern though.

P.S The only reason I'm clarifying that publicly is because you felt the need to also post it publicly instead of talking to me on Skype.
