Scarlett essentially explained her early-midgame ZvP strategy as "make a lot of roaches and lings," she doesn't seem too preoccupied with having specific counters to the various allins.
She didn't even know the usual 3rd gas timing for a 7gate +2 blink allin. XD

I'd compare her more to Stephano than IdrA, she seems to favor playing off of instinct and winging it, whereas IdrA likes to have his reactions planned out very carefully (and thus gets thrown off by non-standard play easily).

i ahvent seen much of stephanos play but i remember seeing him in a daily where he used alot of spines to defend though
it was in a daily so it could have just been a one off and not indicitive of his overall style though
plus i think you have it backwards, Stephano understands toss timings better then IdrA who doesnt understand them as well so IdrA gets thrown off by wacky timings

Hasn't idra been trying to use banelings in his zvp? I saw minigun ride the " look I beat Idra" train just the other day and idra was trying to make banelings work.
You shouldn't be too critical of idra at the moment. I think he's trying to mold his own new style. It may be just sheer stubbornness on his part, like he doesn't want to be seen piggy backing of stephanos style. Or god forbid losing with stephano's style, cause we all know how embarrassing that is.
Onwards she has stated specifically that her style was developed by watching stephano. I mean common, he's french.

It doesn't really suit how IdrA likes to play, either, I think. It's too... organic, it's hard to come up with the right word for it.

Oh I agree ! I was unjustifiably bashing Idra and he was unjustifiably bashing Scarlett. The only thing I've been arguing (he still cant seem to get it but I'm you sure you can) is that there's a difference between insulting a player and insulting a player in their fan club.
