You mean the one where the cannons were finished before the hatch was and he could have just canceled and taken another base whilst the Protoss just dropped 450 Minerals to delay your natural...whilst he delays Warpgates/Gas

Not really no. if you scout a forge and are prepared to pull drones as soon as a pylon goes down you can easily delay anything until pool is done

There are many places where one can wall in a cannon with pylons and there's nothing you can do about it.
Plus things like cannon on the low ground on Taldarim.
It's so weird that people simply cannot accept that 15hatch in ZvP is not viable. There's a reason half the time pros try it they just die instantly.
