I mean, the guy clearly states that one of the caveats is that he doesn't want North Americans signing up for the contest, due to the recent preordering stuff, cool, thats understandable. Yet you still see so many users from United States or Canada posting in the thread, some who have hundreds of posts, so its not like there an idiot 1-post spammer who nobody takes seriously anyway. I mean, the rules are pretty clear. Yea, I know I'm breaking one of his rules and I sincerely apologize, and posting in the thread, but honestly, if you partake in the contest, at least give him the courtesy of reading the rules.
