it took some time to upload them, so the next day is quite unrealistic.
Things are laid back in Unidenland. And may the road ahead be lid with dreams and tomorrows. Which are lid with dreams. Also.

Are you sure he said code A? I only saw him write he had a tournament 1 week later that he wanted to prepare for. If you go by the quantic apology thread he's not suppose to play code a january. Or did he change his mind about that?

I think they really have problems with uploading VODs fast. Especially because they upload the VODs on esl.tv page( at least they did it last time) and everyone knows that ESL has one of the worst websites in the internet.... HSC has an international viewership, so they should upload their VODs faster, so americans see it the next day.

TaKeTV has its own VOD page now so the ESL shouldn't be the limiting factor any longer. But I don't know if that means that the VODs will be released sooner now.

Code A qualifiers most likely.

I think I remember Take saying that they will be attempting to upload the VoDs much faster this time. Not sure where the bottleneck was last time... But I have seen ESL TV uploading replays of their shows in the same night the show was aired and I have seen them do it 2 weeks later.

I guess that Take made his own VoD section to evade these problems and we have yet to find to out wether he manages to do so. But I have faith in him :D

I just hope the VoDs will be on ESL TV as well and not just on TakeTV since I am ESL TV Premium subscriber...

Huk is Code A next season since he lost in the recent up and down matches, so he doesn't have to go through code a qualifiers. Code S is the week after HSC, and I don't think gom even announced when code a will start. Given that he is still on vacation in canada and that he barely got to practice in recent months I could see him skip hsc though, sadly.

Oh woopsiedasy, totally misread that one. Nani is not banned from gsl, he just lost his code s seed. He is free to try to qualify, and knowing naniwa he'd probably rather try that than go to any other tournament.

Its not about HuK, its about Naniwa
Naniwa said he will not attend gsl january due to his lost code s spot but now he says he will try to qualifiy

I know naniwa is free to try to qualify but in the quantic/naniwa apology thread he said he wouldn't play in gsl jan as a sign of good faith or something like that. Either he's changed his mind/been convinced otherwise or he's got some other tournament to play in. I was only curious if it's 100 % he was referring to the gsl and not something else.

Yeah I can definitively see Gom giving him a Code S spot after the incident.

Why would GOM give Nani a code S spot now? Doesn't make sense

IdrA: Oh noes. I have The MVP and Professor Tea in my group. Sorry Mr. Chae I'm going back to America.

GOM: Dammnit, we have a problem. Let's just give Naniwa the Code S spot again.

(NaNiwa calls TaKe): Sorry Bro, you have been trolled, I'm not going to your tournament to get silver once again :D I'm going for GSL Silver instead.

You guys gotta realize that players can't go to every single tournament... people tried that in 2011 and it clearly is a bad idea. People are going to start picking and choosing which events to attend this year, and put in more practice. Remember, if you go to a tournament every month, or 2 tournaments every month - you basically cut your practice time down about 75%, it's just not smart.

I reckon, while HSC is an amazing, laid-back chill and awesome environment... $15,000 prize pool probably isn't worth a player like Naniwa losing 1-2 weeks of practice time in Korea. That's just my belief, maybe I'm wrong. If I were a top level player, I might choose to practice and play in a $100,000 tournament in better shape than lose that time and play for a 15k pot

I agree with most of what you say, but financially speaking it doesn't make sense to skip HSC for GSL. Naniwas chances of winning / placing high at HSC is infinitely higher than winning / placing well in code S.
