How can u know that? can u give me a link plz? the Code S groups Ro.32 got announced today: Code S Ro.32 Groups and he has to play 10th january. HSC ends sunday 8th january doesnt it? So he probably will fly back really late at night 8th january or eearlier in the morning 9th january but he wont sleep much and more importantly he cant prepare for his matches and his group is definitely not easy...

He also said that he won't be going to HS, so that leaves laddering...He's going to make GM while every other player in Korea plays at GSL and HSC. And I doubt that that's the case.

I hope he won't withdraw, but GSL > HSC imo, and it's just not possible to do your best after a 12 hour flight and no sleep with the added jet lag. If it was the other way around, he maybe could get away with playing like that on HSC, but since GSL is right after HSC it's only sensible to focus on that. That said progamers have superhuman abilities and maybe MC doesn't sleep anyway, so it's all good.

Last time MC went round to foreign tournaments before GSL, he dropped straight out of GSL entirely.
Recently, MC has spent all his time trying to build up his strength (he "solved" his PvZ, apparently, and DRG thought he would win BlizzCup), and I doubt he wants to through that away for a relatively small foreign tournament (which he has already won).
|
It's not a relatively small foreign tournament... How many foreign tournaments do you think have a larger prize pool than 15.000?
|
It's still foreign. He'd benefit more from placing well on GSL than winning a non-Korean tournament wherever it might be.

Guess HS means High School in this case?
But i'm no natural english speaker so no idea what it really means. His manager confirmed him going to HSC so i think he is going

Okay Just read somewhere in here that someone confirmed that his trip was paid or something

Xeris is a beast for sending Kawaii. Especially since he's not in Fnatic anymore either.
He's just like, hey, I like him, he qualified, he deserves to go. What a nice guy.
