Okay... I'm not sure if anyone has made a topic to discuss it because but i think this is really important to me as it seems i really suck in late game at zerg before of my fingers. Let me get it straight ... i'll start by calling thumb finger as the 5th ok? so you guys know whenever i say 1st finger 2nd finger and etc because i simply don't know all their names lol...
ok.. when i play ... i use only my 4th finger to press the keyboard.. yes you're right only 1 finger?! people always ask HOW THE FUCK can you actually play by using 1 finger? Honestly, I don't know.. even when i type.. only 1 finger on my left hand is doing the job.. the reason i made this thread is to learn from others.... i'll basically explain how i press when i play..
when i attack:
1a2a3a4a(all 4th finger)
when i build 4sz5sz6sz(all jobs done by 4th finger) yes.. i starting to have problem when i press 7sz8sz simply because the keys are too far away..
i know most ppl play with 2 fingers or 3... i really need to change this habit.... i'll show you whats my problem in late game when my fingers fucked me up

I use every finger on my left hand
for 1a2a3a4a5a6a7a I start out with middle+ring on 1a2a then index+ring for 3a4a5a and index+pinky for 6a7a
stuff like
4sh5sh6sh7sh is middle+ring+index
4sz5sz is middle+ring+pinky, if I go 6sz I end up pressing 6 with index instead.
thumb mostly just used for space
hotkey units/buildings with pinky+number

ive got a vod of Xellos keyboard view while he plays
he uses all 4 fingers every second and his pinky to press Ctrl

btw which finger is pinky/ring/index? pelase explain to me by calling thumb as the 5th finger. thanks..
i guess my problem is because i didn't learn how to type when i was young i just started it naturally .. did anyone of you have the similiar problem previously and have corrected it?

Well... if thumb = 1st finger, then it's thumb, index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and pinky
How can you use all the fingers on one hand and not the other? -_-;

ok thanks .. to correct what i've just said... when i type... err let's say "STARCRAFT" i press all the keys using index finger... when i type "POWER" i press P-using middle O-using index WER-using index(left)

Yeah that's about what I figured you meant... that's just wierd. I've never heard of one hand being able to type, and the other not.

hehe it's not that i cant.. it's just that i'm used to it or you can call it a habit? i didn't learn how to type when i started to use computers.. i just learnt it myself naturally.. so im trying to ask others how they play and i try to follow their way etc etc...
btw, is it only me or the ring fingers are extremely "hard" to use.. they don't function like other fingers...

Yeah, I know what you mean. I guess the only way is to force yourself to use other fingers... probably going to feel wierd at first if you're really used to using only one. Good luck with that. ^_^

i dont use my 2nd finger...
i use the little finger for controling ctrl key ... my 3rd finger is the number key finger, my 4th finger is the action key finger (sometimes not for keys like 'a' because 1a is a lot shorter with 3rd finger then 3rd finger / 4th finger combo...) and for keys like p or ctrl 8,9,0 i use my 5th finger (thumb)
so i dont use my 2nd finger cause it sucks 
i have no feeling in this finger and never use it for anything. if i have to decide which finger somebody should cut away from my hand i would take this one -,-
only usage is for rings (ring finger) but i wear no jewelry and i won't marry any time cause living for the day rocks

using ring finger to hit the 'a' key... I dunno how you can use middle finger more comfortably since it's so much longer.

your first is very important for ctrl
and when i attack it's :

2a (three and two)
3a(three and two)
4a(four and two)
and so on with (four)

in Turkey City Konya .there is a internet café called STARCRAFT
the owner of this int café plays 2v2 all day long he has 5-6 accounts total over 10000 matches
his age is over 30 .he doesnt watch reps . so he plays freestyle . he has avg 100 apm
now it commes he has only 1 arm the right one . no left arm . he plays so fast i wonder everytime . cuz i make only 130 avg apm with 2 arms .

yea i use all fingers, pinky for ctrl and thumb for space. normally listen to the units saying some shit then space to go there...

pinky for CTRL me also but for 1-2-3-4-5-6-7
for -8-9-0 i use the right CTRL
use units on hotkeys 8-9-0
and give atack with (P)atrol

100apm with one hand isn't really that fast at all, i could probably get 140 with mouse only, and + 100 if i use both hands.. as your speed develops you notice 200apm + isn't really that fast at all..

1= 3rd finger 6= 2nd finger i use my 5th or "pinky"
2= 3rd finger 7= 2nd finger finger for hitting 'a' &
3= 2nd finger 8= 1st finger crtl.
4= 2nd finger 9= 1st finger i use my 1st finger or
5= 2nd finger 0= 1st finger "thumb" for hitting space.
