Lately i have been noticing that people willingly or unwillingly can get their stream at the top of the non featured list by having a name starting with an A or even better a number or some token sign wich comes even infront of that. Now i dont want to accuse annyone of doing that on purpose of course but it seems maybe a bit unfair to the streamers who have a name starting with a z to be all the way on the bottom of the list. What i would like to sugest is maybe make a second featured list of say 1, 3 or 5 spots Specially for the unfeatured streams. And then these spots could be asigned again say every week Either randomly and turn based or with a bit of picking thoose who seem to deserve it by tl mods This way they also get a bit better change to get into the spotlight and get known , atm it seems pretty difficult for an unfeatured stream to get attention at all Well maybe its not needed at all but think it could be an idea to give unfeatured streams a bit more change to get themselves started and gain a fanbase.

However, until today I have not received an answer so I might try it here as well. Without the flag symbol our little and unknown stream will just continue to drown in the crowd (like many others who try to focus on a certain audience to overall have a chance to accumulate at least some viewers). So PLEASE re-insert this feature or at least make an exception for me/us.

Ive been thinking of streaming at some point but im mostly a mmo and battlefield player and only play starcraft occasionally. If I was going to stream on team liquid and was wondering what the rules were with playing starcraft compare to other games.

If you go here http://www.teamliquid.net/video/streams/ and click on [Show Offline Streams] at the bottom you can see that they aren't featured, so they won't show up in the main side bar. Next time, just do a little searching before asking a question ![]()

You can stream whatever you want, and thats what the other games tag is included. While it seems you would have a better chance with an SC2 stream, a little variety on the site is always good

After an hour, my stream got disabled. Why? I have restreamed GSL many times, and I haven't got disabled. That is content that people have to pay for, and that is basically live pirating, since you are taking the ad revenue and viewership away from MLG. The same rules apply to GSL, you shouldn't do it, and just because you didn't get caught means it's ok

Mods have told me they go by TL.net rules, so I figured there's a place where I can voice my concerns somewhere on TL :T If there is a problem with the Twitch.TV chat, you will need to report it to Twitch, TeamLiquid is not responsible just because it's hosted on their site
