Players and the coach all need to do some serious thinking here. Holland plays with too many "lazy" players with low work rate really hurt them. Someone like Kuyt would have been much better than Affelay(who played like 120 mins the whole season at Barcelona).

I think the problem is that they have too many of those players that have a huge ego and want to be the star/key player. What Holland lacks is a team or at least players that try to play as a team.
