LOLOLOL Hilarious, if anyone doesn't know, Boxer 3-0'd Yellow in a finals (i forget which, but it was around 2000-2001) by doing a bunker rush in each game.

I'm guessing though, "infinitely repeating" means something closer to implying that bunkers are now salvageable.

It was also one of the most hyped series ever since it was Boxer vs Yellow, the two former best players in the world returning to glory. Then Boxer just bunker rushed Yellow 3 times LOL

The whole thing caused a huge controversy over whether TvZ was imbalanced, Yellow even posted online about how Zerg couldn't win vs T without hatch first and how the bunker rush was impossible to hold with hatch first. :DDD

Of course next time Boxer played a TvZ, he tried it again, unfortunately he was playing July and July just completely destroyed him with proper drone micro lol.

edit: by faaar the best OSL ever btw, Oov vs Reach semis were amazing and the Boxer vs Oov finals is still the SC finals ever, even though it was TvT.

Q: Yellow recently got voted into the Proleague all-star team, but it feels a bit empty since there wasn't a Limjin-rok (Boxer-Yellow match) at the All-star game. Do you think you'll face Yellow again some day?

This is shaping up to be a really interesting top 8. 3 terran and 5 protoss, quite a few named and expected players but some players like cruncher, adel, and thorzain making big splashes.

I'm excited for next week.

I feel very stupid asking this, but I have the curiosity, so there it goes:

In this kind of online tournaments, how do you know that Boxer is the one playing and not MMA for example?

I'm sure there is an easy answer to this and that I may be looking like a total moron now, but what the hell.

I don't even see Naniwa's comment as smack talk.. he's just stating an opinion of his. One I agree with actually.

I really hope Boxer can bring a TvP to the table that's as improved as his TvZ. Hasu is a very good player so we could could see a very nice TvP series right there. What's nice is that if he beats Hasu he'll have another P to face which means that he can continue practising the same match up.

Oh and with Artosis casting, that's going to rock.

Thorzain vs MC is already going to be an insane TvP. Adel vs Kas will be a really hard one for Adel though. I think it'll end up being MC vs Kas (another insane TvP) but to be frank Adel and Thorzain both have a solid chance at beating the other player. Maybe adel a little less, he'll have to play better than he did against QXC.

Pumped either way, these are some fine match ups.

There's no easy answer and it's plagued online tourneys forever. You can try to investigate it by looking at apm, hotkey and spamming patterns which are usually unique to the player and very distinct. In BW we had people who could look at a replay and pretty much always tell who the player was. Of course this isn't hard proof unfortunately, so it's always been a bit of a problem.

NaNi will crunch cruncher
He has such a good PvP and defeated KiWiKaKi twice at MLG and I think KiWi is the better player than cruncher at least in PvP

Good interviews. Quite cool that Boxer gets this far, he's not out of of business yet

I also like Cruncher even more now, he showed that he was just returning the smacktalk favor to Idra last interview, by being so nice and mannered now. Can't wait for the next games!
