Flanq was just temp banned for 2 days by iamke55. That account was created on 2011-07-18 05:40:31 and had 466 posts. Reason: No memes, especially not combined with balance whining. Final ban of page 893. Nyovne: 19. iamke55: 1. Sooo close.

He is basically Idra Jr when it comes to getting banned. I have a feeling he is going to have less lee-way though, as i don't think he has contributed as much as IdrA here on TL.

I gotta be honest TT1 had been really well mannered over the last few days in the GSTL and MLG threads. I was pretty surprised by that ban post ![]() He's trying not to do the idra.

Was that really two days already? (*I'm glad warnings don't show up. I've been posting pretty bad lately..) I've learned a lot of forum etiquette from TL but not enough apparently. ![]()

They aren't sent to war, they're mostly sent to parts of the country that need help with disaster-relief. Who cares how they advertise? This isn't the Marines, or the Army, or the Air Force. Who the **** cares if some "poor" young man is enticed into joining the National Guard through a video game? That's what I hear in this thread. Seriously, do you guys consider the Boy Scouts to be part of the American Empire's Military Machine? It's the National Guard.... most people who serve in the National Guard have day jobs or go to school (which the National Guard helps pay for... imagine that, helping people and getting tuition-money for it, what a horrible thing). Ouch. Probably doesn't warrant anything in the sense of a ban. Feels like that MLG, National Guard thread was going to end up like shit. I feel like when someones that wrong about something they deserve a slap. Guess it hits me a bit more when i have a friend going to Afghanistan in the National Guard.

Being wrong doesn't constitute a ban in and of itself. Go correct him, he obviously feels very strongly about misconceptions. Saying the national guard isn't being deployed as active military units was a immense gaffe but perhaps just a correction will do ![]()
