NSFL sounds like gore or something similar, I guess. I imagine that Testie's prominent player/veterancy status and the leeway it affords has been running thin for over a decade now, so it was just a thin ice situation? My best guess.

That would have been probably moderated much more leniently, depending on presentation ("look how infuriating this is" vs. "serves them right").
