User was temp banned for this post. Looks like the mods aren't messing around with mod note violations this time.

It's time, sacrifice your Columbian slave children, and bring back KBB at his full strength. We need him now more than ever!

No. It's just that everyone who violated the "rules" were banned and we the surviving users post with fear of a ban. Now, there are sporadic bans to remind us that bans are a thing but in general bans are not used too frequently.

I think the third "m" made the difference.

I think the third "m" made the difference. I read that as "Hmmm, it's true that moderation has been weak of late. We should be stricter especially towards those that openly flaunt the rules by, for example, making multiple accounts. Those people are irredeemable and deserve to be ban-hammered into oblivion." I'm not very good at reading into contemplative interjections.

I'm not very good at reading into contemplative interjections. I read it, based on the context clues, as a hmmm of disagreement. Like "Hmmm? Where did this come from. Such a suggestion is ludicrous and unnecessary." Except not in such big words because this is Temp.

Except not in such big words because this is Temp. While my interpretation was embellished for artistic reasons, I agree with Cascade on this one. It's the "Hmmm" of someone who's contemplating getting more ban happy (or rather trying to suggest that he is contemplating getting more strict, not necessarily that he actually will or wants to get more strict).
