No. If you're formally warned about doing something and you do it again, then there's only one outcome. Even those with the best intentions can go about things in an unproductive way.

I think you may have misunderstood me (and I admit I worded it poorly). I was saying that his ban was completely reasonable, and that KadaverBB basically didn't have a choice about banning him because the guy had been warned twice and still chose to start yet another thread about that one video.

Did you recognize his IP address as being from a well-known proxy? Because if you'd just banned someone and then suddenly there was a new user who's IP address matched a commonly-used web-proxy (i.e. one of the proxies on this list) then that would be pretty suspicious. Does TL block people from creating accounts using these proxies?
