I don't think that's a martyr at all. In my opinion, a martyr is saying "I will probably get banned for this post", not simply discussing the idea that you could get banned for something. Basically, you're either wrong for 2 reasons: 1) You knew you could get banned for something yet you posted it anyway, knowing it was wrong, or 2) You're mocking TL's moderators by implying that they would ban someone for a post that isn't banworthy by saying "[insert non-banworthy stuff here] Oh and I'll probably get banned for saying this non-banworthy thing". That poster did neither of those things. His comment about him getting banned wasn't about that post, and it wasn't him saying he would probably get banned for doing something, he was simply saying "maybe I should get myself banned to influence the result of this betting that's going on here." Very different from martyring imo. | ||
