I'm not aware of any of the specific cases you are referring to, but I interpret malicious user as one who is knowing-fully hurting the community/website. Someone who gets out of control in debates unintentionally and gets temp banned isn't really a malicious user; someone who is advertising, knowing it is against the rules, or ban dodging is malicious. | ||
