Just assume every low post count member is a PBU and you will feel more at ease over these sorts of things, yes people make accounts and post like that and never post again just so someone will mention it someday.

Funnily enough at some point a handfull of the TI and GG.NoRe accounts started to have overlapping IPs. Other clues didn't line up though. No T-Dot IP matches.
