I'm going to go with "the ones I've met irl" for 1 and 3, and probably not any of the others for 2 since I can't think of a question with a unique answer for each person where I would know the answer.

The problem is that I know some LR regular faces already, but I could probably get just about every decent or better mapmaker with 20 questions (there are probably 15-20 of them), as well as every writer (another ~15) and a couple of strategy people (10?), along with a few misc LR people and randoms.
So... I guess about 50 people in that case.
