No most of the admins pretty much have the same ranking except the ones that are actually full time paid staff. At this point I think that's limited to just R1CH, Heyoka (shiroiusagi now afaik?), after the departures of Hotbid/Disciple. edit: with that being said Plexa has been admin for a while and I think most of the new admins respect his opinion highly and usually listen to or do what he says, lol. So he's like higher ranking maybe out of pure respect. | ||

Hmmm trying to figuring out a hierarchy or ranking within admin level is pretty hard I think.... since there is none really. But I'd probably put R1CH higher than most the rest of admins, just due to proximity to Naz (he works at TLHQ) and that he's actually the guy who has all the control of everything. Then I mean Plexa has seniority and probably the best big picture view of the TL site since he's the most senior active admin (I think he's been around longer than R1CH) Then I don't know who comes in after him. But I'm the best admin cause Liquipedia *nods* | ||

So on TL the "highest rank" staff would be zealously, olli and lichter. On LD it'd be emulator and julmust, on LL its chexx and zess, on LH it's monk, for LP it's salle. I'm just a guy who gives opinions every now and then, at least until my phd is over. R1CH is funny because he's often responsible for implementing ideas but generally veers away from the discussions. So despite being the most important person on the site, he doesn't contribute that much to site direction etc. | ||

But yes, of the admins that post I'm the most senior after Nazgul (as in I've been staff for longest). R1CH has been admin for longer than me, but I've been staff longer lol. The first 'admins' were Liquid`Meat and Nazgul. After that Admin rank was generally reserved for the lead coder(s). After Meat came Saro who did a lot of historic things for the site (e.g. flying monkeys). Then came PoP who did more coding. The first non-coding admin was Manifesto7 and when he started to become inactive thedeadhaji took over who instigated a lot of modern policies (e.g. he introduced the 2 day ban, for instance). After haji blew himself up (end of 2007) we replaced him his Kennigit, Sonuvbob and Fakesteve. (I joined staff a little after this in Feb 08). On the back of an amazing TSL Hot_bid was promoted to admin soon after that (May-ish 2008 I think) and R1CH not long after that. Kennigit/Bob/R1CH/Hotbid carried the torch for a long time and did a lot of good work. I was promoted to admin about a year serving on staff (so circa Feb 09). Riptide started to massively impress us with his proleague coverage at the time, and sometime mid year we must have promoted him to full admin. I'm a little confused on the dates, but sometime in 2010 Wax and Heyoka were admined. I think heyoka in late 2010 and wax early 2011? HawaiianPig would have been admined some time in 2011 to try to develop the graphics section. After that things get a little blurry, until recently when we properly addressed the management of the sites on the network and admined a bunch of people. I'll also point out that despite admins being relatively rare until recently, many amazing staff members would have met the standard of admin today who didn't in the past. Coders like zatic, writers like mensrea and waxangel from back in the day (he came back to us after SC2) and host of other great people  | ||
