I honestly have no idea when or if TL Attack will be back, and that's why I at least didn't reply. I'd also like to see it, but I think as soon as they know if or when they'll let us know. In the mean time asking about it (especially repeatedly) will most likely just annoy them. I'm sure you're aware of the trope of kids repeatedly asking the parents "are we there yet" until the parents literally wants to reach back and strangle their own child.

It's sort of like a little newsletter/publication that's compiled from a bunch of members' contributions, and it usually features super funny articles and general news in starcraft :D

Hey answered it pretty well.
It's pretty much an e-magazine which is presented as a compilation of news in the scene, amazing comments in the forums, funny pictures, quotes, and things you simply may have missed out on. I am on TL a LOT, and I still miss a lot of the awesome stuff that goes into it. A lot of work goes into it, and you can really admire all the work that is shown in.
