Think hes talking about the stencil they used, just need to print out a large copy on several pieces of paper tape it together then cut it out and then tape it to the table. I don't see a primer though and that table top is likely plastic as most tables now are wood center with plastic wood like paneling i'd be worry about pealing if they didn't use a proper paint. Still cool though. | ||
