That is a babe. She makes me feel kinda funny, like when we used to climb the rope in gym class. She's magically babelicious. She tested very high on the stroke-ability scale. She's a fox. In French she would be called "la renarde" and she would be hunted with only her cunning to protect her. She's a robo-babe. In Latin she would be called "babia majora". If she were a president she would be Baberaham Lincoln.

Is Anna Prosser going to thank TeamLiquid in her speeches? Then this thread would be justifiable. Is she going to tell the pageant judges how much she loves Starcraft 2 and video games, while the other contestants talk about their worldly-altruistic endeavors like feeding the poor? Then this thread would be justifiable. How many of you've met Anna, or know her at a personal level (not just from web-shows)? If you do actually know her, then your enthusiasm for voting her is justifiable - but most of you obviously don't know her. If you don't know Anna enough to have her recognize you by face and name, and if you don't think Starcraft or TeamLiquid is going to receive any benefits from Anna's success in Miss USA, then you should ask yourself what the hell you're voting for. I don't find it awesome that the "Starcraft community" might help Anna become Miss USA. I actually find that incredibly sad and completely, totally unrewarding. How do you all know Anna is the only Starcraft fan of the lot? Maybe Miss Alaska is actually a more devoted and talented Starcraft player than Anna is, only she hasn't gotten to brag about it on State of the Game because she isn't dating one of the panelists? OOPS!!? I don't agree with this thread being made an exception. At this standard, maybe one of the mods would like to ask us to vote for his baby in a "cute baby contest"? You know, "to support e-sports", because this baby has a dad who plays Starcraft and once it appeared on a webisode of "When Cheese Fails"? Don't mean to hate, it's just how I see this thread.

Googling "Miss Georgia 2011" must have given me pictures of the wrong person, because I don't even find her attractive whatsoever. And I'm not talking "for a celebrity, she's not cute" I'm talking "in general, she's not cute." Reallllllly unattractive face. ![]() On June 07 2011 07:19 Leporello wrote: I have to ask: Is Anna Prosser going to thank TeamLiquid in her speeches? Then this thread would be justifiable. It's called supporting members of your community.

She isn't getting this thread because she's a member of the community, she gets this thread because she's dating InControl. Edit: You and me are members of the community too, and yet we couldn't create threads like these. That's not how a community works. In fact, it's the exact opposite.

She's always does good interviews w/ pro players, and she asks some of the best questions on SOTG, always a source humor when she interrupts SOTG.

She isn't getting this thread because she's a member of the community, she gets this thread because she's dating InControl. Are you kidding me? Wtf. Yes, it is called supporting members of your community, there is no argument about that. How can I be sure other Miss USA contestants aren't more avid SC players? Even if there were, which I doubt, it's not even remotely relevant. How avid of a SC player you are is not the same as how much support you give to the community. How many other women do we see going out and giving interviews for TL, etc.? She reached this spotless because she's dating InControl, yes. It doesn't mean she hasn't done anything, so I don't understand your point. It's still someone who's on SotG, is in the community, does interviews, etc. She's a recognizable member. There isn't any other candidate for the cause that is a recognizable member, even if they like SC2. And to your edit, we aren't prominent members of the community. I don't see why you don't understand that. I'm sure they would let Ret do the same shit if he wanted to. Or Hot_Bid. The method of how she became to be known (incontrol) is irrelevant. Someone like lilsusie would most likely be allowed to have the same thread.

Anna is beautiful and she's got my votes because she is not a blond bimbo. She comes across very natural, charming, friendly and with good amount of self-irony, a very good quality to have.
