Oh and I thought I would ask here since I didn't get a response on the blog, but if I'm not able to make it what is the URL for the stream that the casters will be using? It would be nice to watch some games if I can't come.

Their computer labs consist of about 5 to 10 computers and that's it and they're in fairly small rooms (definitely not big enough to handle 50+ players and spectators). Their "Game Design" classes are offered like once every two or four years I think. I believe it's mainly a computer programming/technical school and so most of the students have their own laptops.
