You need a swipecard to access the Hawken first year learning centre after hours or on weekends and even if someone did have one here, I'm not sure they'd look too kindly on what we would be using it for. edit: Hwaseung shirt ftw | ||

EDIT: We have to hire the room 48 hours before... I think its too late now? It seems we can hire any room for free but if we charge the attendees a fee we have to pay 50% of the rent. There is also a restriction of 1 booking per week. If we are not a club this is the document with the list of prices: 2010 Hire Charge Schedule | ||

Well today we had a mob of just over 20 (I was expecting like 3-4 max) + Pedro had a separate sheet with 8 signatures on it + I know of quite a lot of other people who haven't come to any of these meetings yet that will want to join. | ||
