Someone could post 6000+ messages for all we care, but it won't get them treated as a true "veteran" if 90% of the messages were one-liners and generally irrelevant. Generally speaking tho, anything less than 500 quality posts is a "newb" in our book. Unless the guy writes like fuckin' Shakespeare... Maybe, but there are somes guys who can't get into tl.net all the day and post everytime. Like me :p Someone can tell me how do we find how long we have been in tl.net ? How long our account's existing ?

You can access the info in your public profile. Like I said quality > quantity, but quantity will also be taken into account. Of course, exceptions will always exist. For example, Arbiter was with us only a very short time before we asked him to write for us. It wasn't a very difficult choice. He stood out like a guy with roman candles sticking out of his head at a funeral. Now I doubt there will ever be very many "Arbiters," but you get the point. Quality > quantity - but quantity still counts.
