alanchang 1 Post June 23 2013 11:12 GMT #10797 just discovered my boot up time on Window 7 64 bits professional from 20 sec increased to 34 sec was due to window has updated ie9 to read ie10 without prior notice. after uninstalled ie10, window automatically installed ie 8. then boot time resumes to read 20 sec again.
